All bracelets are handmade, so please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare your order before it is shipped.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if applicable).

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

We take care in packaging your items to prevent damage.

• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it.

We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
